Emily R. Eash



Attorney Eash works with individuals and families and helps them navigate the process of settling a loved one’s estate. Her practice ranges from simple estate and trust administration cases to complex trust administration, probate settlement and litigation. She carefully considers any tax implications surrounding the multiple facets of the Estate Administration process and advises her clients on the various aspects of a settlement. Attorney Eash’s hands-on approach to settling estates provides peace of mind and reassurance to her clients and that she is working efficiently and personally with them throughout the entire settlement process.

Professional Activities & Accomplishments

Attorney Eash achieved national success in the tax law field during her final year in law school by placing 2nd in the National Young Lawyers Tax Competition. She contributes her success to having taken every available J.D. level and L.L.M. level tax and estate planning course offered during her law school career. She volunteers weekly in the Massachusetts Housing Court as Volunteer Lawyer for the Day and serves on her local Planning Board. Attorney Eash also actively participates in her local bar associations: she participates yearly in “Race Judicata, a Race for the Bar” race, and in December of 2020, she took home 3 first prizes for her entries into the Hampshire Bar Association’s Christmas dishes contest!
