About this program
Cody, Cody & McCarthy, LLC uses text messages for one purpose: delivering one-time sign-in codes for our secure client form. When a client taps “Text me a code” on the sign-in page, we send a single text with a 6-digit code. That is the only kind of message this number ever sends.

How you give consent
No text is sent until you ask for one. The sign-in screen shows the notice below next to the “Text me a code” button, and tapping that button is your agreement to receive the code.
“By tapping Text me a code, you agree to receive a one-time sign-in code by text from Cody, Cody & McCarthy. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Your mobile number is used only to send these codes. We do not sell it, and we do not share it, or your consent to receive texts, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Text messages section of our Privacy Policy.
